Of course for release #200 I wanted something special so I went through the archives to find some good soundboard. The ABWH tour is still one of my favourite tours ever, although I had just seen one show in November 1989. This one comes from the earlier leg of the EU tour that took place in Northern Europe & UK. This is an amazing recording, albeit with two incomplete tracks. At one point I thought about patching the missing bits with the existing audience source from the same night but I thought I would leave it exactly as I received it.
For those who remember this tour, it was brilliant. Not only the four guys were playing extraordinarily good, but on the bass we could appreciate the great Tony Levin taking the place of Chris Squire. I wish I could see more of that. Infact, I had bought the ticket for the Modena show but that got cancelled because of Jon's voice.
