The Bob Dylan the The Band 1974 Tour was a two-month concert tour in early 1974 that featured Bob Dylan, in his first real tour in eight years, performing with The Band, who as The Hawks had once been his little-known backing band.It was the first time he returned to the road since his exhaustive 1966 world tour between the releases of Highway 61 Revisited and Blonde on Blonde.
My Notes - I had the pleasure of seeing The Band At Music Inn In Lennox, Massachusetts July 18, 1976 two years after this show (Without Dylan). It was a great show. One of the best I have seen to this day. Anyone who has seen the Band knows what I am saying. This show is a keeper the sound quality is excellent and so was the Band.
