Instant Live Soundboard CDs

--------------------------------------------------------
a couple flaws on the original source are fixed with this version (2013-09-11):

- all trackmarkers have been set close to the beginning of the songs
- the volume on all tracks hits now -1 db (most of the original files
were way TOO HOT right to the 0 db-line, some tracks were different)
- a couple level adjustments have been made
- 'Melissa' and 'The Weight' were in reversed order on the original source
- the fades and repeats between the disc's are gone
- all transitions are seamless now
- all files are renamed and tagged
